Job Description
McLane Company is looking for a Voice System Software Admin at our Temple distribution center. You will administer the Honeywell Vocollect voice-directed picking platform, manage user voice profiles, create and test new workflows, generate productivity reports, and serve as the primary technical contact for voice system issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of voice picking system administration
- Vocollect VoiceConsole and VoiceClient configuration experience
- Understanding of warehouse picking operations and productivity metrics
- Database and reporting skills for voice system analytics
- Ability to train end users on voice picking workflows
