Job Description
C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring a Voice Picking System Administrator for our Denver DC. You will manage the Honeywell Vocollect voice-directed picking system, create and maintain voice templates, train new warehouse associates on voice picking workflows, troubleshoot headset and device issues, and optimize pick paths in coordination with the WMS team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering voice picking systems (Vocollect, Lucas, or similar)
- Understanding of warehouse picking processes and slotting optimization
- Ability to configure and deploy mobile devices (Honeywell, Zebra)
- Basic SQL skills for reporting and data analysis
- Strong training and interpersonal skills
