Job Description
Cardinal Health is looking for a Voice-Directed Work Specialist to manage and maintain voice picking and put-away systems at our pharmaceutical DC near Pittsburgh. You will create voice templates for new products, enroll new users, troubleshoot headset and device issues, and generate productivity reports for warehouse management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of voice-directed picking system administration experience
- Experience with Honeywell Vocollect or Lucas Systems platforms
- Understanding of pharmaceutical warehouse workflows and regulations
- Mobile device configuration and deployment skills
- Training and user support experience
