Job Description
Honeywell Intelligrated is hiring a Controls Technician for on-site support at a major distribution center in the Pittsburgh area. You will troubleshoot PLC programs, diagnose network communication faults, replace I/O modules and sensors, and maintain HMI screens. This role bridges the gap between mechanical maintenance and controls engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial controls experience
- PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix)
- Ability to navigate and monitor ladder logic programs online
- Industrial networking experience (EtherNet/IP, managed switches)
- Experience with safety PLCs and safety-rated I/O
