Job Description
Bastian Solutions is seeking a Controls Engineer to design and program control systems for warehouse automation projects nationwide. You will develop PLC programs, design electrical panels, create HMI interfaces, and commission automated systems at customer facilities. This is a high-impact role on a growing engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of controls engineering experience in material handling or manufacturing
- Expert-level proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC programming (RSLogix 5000)
- Experience designing electrical control panels and writing panel schematics in AutoCAD Electrical
- Understanding of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profinet)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for project commissioning
- PE license or ability to obtain preferred
