Job Description
TGW Logistics is seeking a Sortation Project Engineer to design and deploy sortation solutions for e-commerce and parcel customers. Based in the Kansas City area, you will develop sortation system layouts, specify equipment, create project schedules, and oversee installation and commissioning at customer facilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sortation system design or project engineering experience
- Knowledge of cross-belt, tilt-tray, and sliding shoe sorter technologies
- AutoCAD proficiency for system layout design
- Throughput calculation and simulation experience
- Travel up to 50% for project oversight
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
