Job Description
Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Warehouse Racking Repair Tech for our portfolio of managed warehouses along the I-80 corridor near Joliet, IL. You will assess forklift damage to racking structures, perform beam and upright replacements, install column guards and end-of-aisle protectors, and maintain detailed repair documentation for property records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of racking repair or structural steel work experience
- MIG welding skills for structural repairs
- Ability to safely shore loaded racking during component replacement
- Forklift operation skills for material handling
- Valid driver's license for traveling between properties
- OSHA 10 certification
