Job Description
Dematic is hiring an AGV Fleet Technician to maintain and optimize automated guided vehicle systems at a major distribution center in the Chicago area. You will perform daily inspections, replace worn components, calibrate navigation sensors, and coordinate with the operations team to keep the fleet running at peak performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with AGVs or similar automated vehicles
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with laser navigation, magnetic tape guidance, or natural feature navigation systems
- Ability to work independently during off-shift hours
- Technical diploma or associate degree in industrial maintenance
