Job Description
CBRE is seeking a Warehouse Racking Project Manager to oversee racking installation and reconfiguration projects across the Lehigh Valley warehouse corridor. You will manage crews, coordinate with building owners and tenants, create project schedules, control budgets, and ensure installations meet RMI standards and local building code requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of racking or warehouse construction project management experience
- Knowledge of selective, drive-in, pushback, and pallet flow racking systems
- Budget management and cost estimation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet
