Job Description
Crown Equipment is hiring a Drive-In Racking Repair Specialist to assess and repair forklift-damaged racking at customer sites in central Ohio. You will replace damaged uprights, beams, and bracing, install column protectors, and provide damage prevention recommendations to reduce recurring rack impacts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of racking installation or structural repair experience
- Welding skills (MIG) for structural steel repairs
- Ability to safely shore and support loaded racking during repairs
- Forklift operation certification
- Physical fitness for handling heavy steel components
