Job Description
CBRE is seeking a VRC Lift Maintenance Technician to service vertical reciprocating conveyors and scissor lifts at managed warehouse properties in the New York City metro area. You will perform monthly inspections, repair hydraulic and mechanical lift systems, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with building management for scheduled maintenance windows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience maintaining VRCs, freight elevators, or scissor lifts
- Hydraulic system repair and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of ASME B20.1 code requirements for VRCs
- Ability to pass NYC DOB licensing requirements
- Valid driver's license for travel between properties
