Job Description
Unilever is hiring a Stretch Wrapper Controls Tech at our Savannah production and distribution facility. You will maintain the PLC and VFD controls on high-speed stretch wrapping equipment, configure wrap pattern programs for different pallet loads, troubleshoot film break sensors and turntable drives, and optimize containment force for shipping stability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of controls or automation maintenance experience
- PLC basic troubleshooting and HMI operation skills
- VFD configuration for turntable and carriage speed control
- Understanding of stretch wrap parameters (pre-stretch, overlap, containment)
- Consumer goods distribution experience preferred
