Job Description
Amazon is seeking a Sortation Throughput Analyst at our San Bernardino sort center. You will analyze real-time and historical sortation throughput data, identify rate-limiting factors, model capacity scenarios for peak planning, and work with maintenance and operations to implement improvements that increase sort capacity.
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations analysis or industrial engineering experience
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills for data analysis
- Understanding of sortation system operations and throughput metrics
- Capacity modeling and scenario planning abilities
- Visualization skills (Tableau, QuickSight, or similar)
