Job Description
DHL is seeking a Sortation Maintenance Lead at our Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky hub near CVG Airport. You will lead a team of mechanics maintaining cross-belt and tilt-tray sortation systems, assign daily work tasks, conduct safety meetings, manage spare parts, and escalate complex equipment issues to engineering.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sortation system maintenance experience
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cross-belt sorter mechanics and controls
- Ability to manage work orders and track team performance
- Experience with shift handover communication and documentation
