Job Description
Amazon is hiring a Sortation Divert Technician at our Mt. Juliet facility near Nashville. You will maintain pop-up wheel diverters, pivot-style divert arms, and pusher mechanisms on sortation lines, replace worn divert components, adjust timing for accurate sort destinations, and reduce jam rates through proactive maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of conveyor or sortation maintenance experience
- Mechanical skills for adjusting and aligning divert mechanisms
- Understanding of photo-eye and encoder-based position tracking
- Ability to work in a high-volume sortation environment
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
