Job Description
XPO Logistics is looking for a Sortation Controls Technician at our Memphis cross-dock facility. You will maintain the controls infrastructure for our package sortation system including PLCs, VFDs, photo-eye arrays, and barcode scanners. The role requires balancing hands-on electrical work with software-level PLC troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sortation system or industrial controls experience
- Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting and online monitoring skills
- VFD programming and parameter adjustment experience
- Ability to trace and repair electrical wiring issues
- Experience with barcode scanner configuration and alignment
