Job Description
Amazon Robotics is looking for a Robotic Maintenance Supervisor at our Katy fulfillment center. You will supervise a team of 8-12 robot technicians, manage shift schedules, ensure PM completion rates meet targets, track robot fleet availability KPIs, and develop your team through coaching, training, and performance management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience managing maintenance technicians in an automated facility
- KPI tracking and performance management skills
- Shift scheduling and resource allocation experience
- Coaching and team development abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
