Job Description
Lineage Logistics is hiring a Racking Damage Repair Welder at our Kansas City cold storage complex. You will weld structural repairs on forklift-damaged racking uprights and beams, install column protectors, replace anchor bolts, and work in freezer and cooler environments to maintain the structural integrity of our storage racking systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of structural MIG welding experience
- Racking repair and structural steel experience
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (0°F and below)
- Understanding of racking structural load paths and repair methods
- Forklift operation skills for material handling
- AWS welding certification preferred
