Job Description
XPO Logistics is looking for a PLC Programmer Analyst at our Columbus-area distribution center. You will develop and modify PLC programs for conveyor and sortation equipment, build HMI screens for operator interfaces, analyze equipment performance data, and develop automation improvements that increase throughput and reduce manual handling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of PLC programming and analysis experience
- Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View proficiency
- Data analysis skills for equipment performance evaluation
- Ability to translate operational needs into automation solutions
- Understanding of warehouse material flow and routing logic
