Job Description
Amazon is seeking a Picking System Trainer at our Nashville fulfillment center. You will train new maintenance technicians on the operation and basic maintenance of robotic picking systems, develop training materials, conduct hands-on workshops, and assess trainee competency before they work independently on picking equipment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse automation maintenance experience
- Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience
- Understanding of picking systems (goods-to-person, pick-to-light, voice)
- Ability to create clear training documentation and procedures
- Patient demeanor and strong communication skills
