Job Description
Unilever is seeking a Packaging Line Controls Tech at our Richmond facility. You will troubleshoot PLC and servo systems on case packers, shrink wrappers, and labelers, configure VFDs for speed control on packaging conveyors, and develop HMI recipe screens for packaging line changeovers between different product formats.
Requirements
- 3+ years of controls experience on packaging machinery
- PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
- Servo and VFD configuration experience
- HMI screen development (FactoryTalk View, Siemens Comfort Panels)
- Understanding of packaging line OEE metrics and improvement
