Job Description
Mars Inc. is looking for a Packaging Equipment Engineer at our Ohio distribution hub. You will specify and procure new packaging equipment, lead installation projects for case packers and shrink systems, develop maintenance standards, and drive OEE improvement initiatives across all packaging lines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of packaging engineering or maintenance leadership experience
- Knowledge of packaging equipment OEMs and specifications
- Project management from equipment selection through commissioning
- OEE analysis and improvement methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or packaging engineering
