Job Description
FedEx Ground is looking for a Night Shift Automation Technician at our Goodyear hub west of Phoenix. Working the overnight shift, you will have primary responsibility for maintaining sortation and conveyor systems during peak sorting hours, respond to equipment failures, perform rapid repairs to minimize sort disruptions, and complete PM tasks during lulls in volume.
Requirements
- 2+ years of conveyor or sortation maintenance experience
- Ability to work permanent night shift (10 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Quick troubleshooting and repair skills under production pressure
- Independence and self-motivation for working with minimal supervision
- Night shift pay differential included
