Job Description
Grainger is hiring a Mobile Shelving Installer for a warehouse retrofit project in the Minneapolis area. You will install powered and mechanical-assist mobile shelving systems, lay rail tracks, assemble shelving units, wire motor drives, and calibrate safety systems. This is a 4-month contract with possibility of extension.
Requirements
- 1+ years of shelving or racking installation experience
- Ability to install floor rail systems (concrete anchoring, leveling)
- Basic electrical wiring for motor-driven shelving
- Physical ability to lift and position heavy components
- Own basic hand tools required
