Job Description
Walmart Distribution is hiring a Material Handling Electrician at our Richmond facility. Focused on the electrical infrastructure of our conveyor and sortation systems, you will maintain motor control centers, troubleshoot VFD faults, repair control wiring, and perform electrical preventive maintenance to ensure all automated equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial electrician experience
- Journeyman electrician license or equivalent credentials
- 480V 3-phase power distribution and motor control experience
- VFD troubleshooting and parameter configuration skills
- Ability to read and update electrical schematics
- Arc flash safety training and PPE compliance
