Job Description
McLane Company is hiring a Belt Conveyor Technician at our San Antonio grocery distribution center. You will perform daily conveyor inspections, splice and track belts, replace rollers and bearings, service drive motors and gearboxes, and respond to breakdown calls during live warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of conveyor maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Ability to perform belt splicing (mechanical clips and vulcanized)
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment (refrigerated and ambient)
- Must pass a physical ability test
