Job Description
Thermo King is hiring Dock Seal Installers for cold chain facility upgrade projects across the Denver metro. You will remove old dock seals and shelters, install new foam and inflatable seals, ensure proper fit for trailer heights and widths, and verify thermal seal integrity for temperature-controlled dock operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of dock equipment or construction installation experience
- Ability to work with foam cutting and adhesive systems
- Basic structural mounting skills (lag bolts, through-bolts)
- Understanding of cold chain requirements for loading docks
- Ability to work from ladders and lifts at dock face heights
