Job Description
Target is seeking a Dock Leveler Mechanic for our Sacramento-area distribution center. You will maintain hydraulic and mechanical dock levelers across 100+ dock positions, service lip-style and edge-of-dock levelers, replace hydraulic pumps and cylinders, and ensure all levelers meet safety inspection requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dock leveler or hydraulic equipment repair experience
- Hydraulic system diagnostics including pressure testing and leak repair
- Electrical skills for leveler control panel troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Rite-Hite, Kelley, and Serco leveler brands
- Physical ability to work under dock leveler pits
