Job Description
CBRE is looking for a part-time Dock Equipment PM Tech to perform scheduled maintenance on loading dock equipment at managed industrial properties in the Orlando area. You will inspect and service dock levelers, truck restraints, overhead doors, and dock lights on a regular PM schedule, documenting findings and recommending repairs as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of dock equipment or general facility maintenance experience
- Basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between properties
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Availability for 20-25 hours per week on a flexible schedule
