Job Description
Amazon is looking for a Conveyor Reliability Engineer at our south Chicago fulfillment center. You will analyze conveyor failure data to identify chronic issues, develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies, implement predictive maintenance technologies like vibration monitoring and thermal imaging, and reduce unplanned conveyor downtime across the facility.
Requirements
- 4+ years of reliability engineering or maintenance engineering experience
- RCM (reliability-centered maintenance) methodology knowledge
- Predictive maintenance tool experience (vibration, thermography, ultrasound)
- CMMS data analysis for failure pattern identification
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- CRL or CMRP certification preferred
