Job Description
McLane Company is looking for a Case Sealer Mechanic at our Temple distribution center. You will maintain semi-automatic and fully automatic case sealers, adjust top and bottom tape heads, replace tape cartridges and drive components, and troubleshoot case feeding and flap folding issues on packaging lines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of packaging machinery experience
- Mechanical aptitude for adjusting tape head pressures and case guides
- Understanding of hot melt glue systems as an alternative to tape
- Ability to perform changeovers for different case sizes
- Must be available for early morning shifts
