Job Description
Amazon is hiring an AGV Fleet Manager at our Lebanon fulfillment center near Nashville. You will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our AGV transport fleet, manage a team of AGV technicians, track fleet performance metrics, plan maintenance schedules, and ensure AGV availability meets operational throughput requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of AGV or automated systems experience with team leadership
- Fleet management and performance tracking skills
- Understanding of AGV navigation, safety, and maintenance requirements
- Data-driven management approach with KPI accountability
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
