Job Description
Honeywell is looking for a Warehouse Vision Systems Tech to maintain barcode scanning tunnels and machine vision systems at a major fulfillment center in the Bay Area. You will clean camera lenses and LED arrays, adjust scanner positions and focal lengths, troubleshoot read-rate drops, and maintain the vision system calibration schedule.
Requirements
- 2+ years of machine vision or barcode scanning system experience
- Familiarity with tunnel scanner configurations and scan coverage
- Ability to interpret scanner diagnostics and read-rate statistics
- Basic optics knowledge (focal length, depth of field)
- Comfort working on elevated platforms above conveyor lines
