Job Description
Prologis is looking for a Warehouse Racking Crew Lead for tenant improvement projects in the Phoenix West Valley market. You will lead a crew of 4-6 installers, interpret racking layouts, ensure installation quality, manage materials on-site, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate with project managers on daily progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of racking installation experience with crew leadership
- Ability to read and interpret engineered racking drawings
- Team leadership and work assignment skills
- Safety compliance enforcement and daily toolbox talks
- Forklift and telehandler operation skills
- OSHA 10 certification required
