Job Description
Target is seeking a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Manager at our Tolleson distribution center outside Phoenix. You will manage a team of 15+ maintenance technicians, oversee all conveyor, sortation, and automation equipment maintenance, develop and manage the maintenance budget, and drive reliability improvement initiatives across the facility.
Requirements
- 6+ years of maintenance experience with 3+ years in a management role
- Experience managing maintenance teams in an automated DC environment
- Strong CMMS and maintenance KPI management skills
- Budget development and cost control experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
- TPM or lean maintenance program implementation experience preferred
