Job Description
Coca-Cola is looking for a Palletizer Safety System Tech at our Southern California bottling plant. You will maintain safety systems on palletizing cells including light curtains, area scanners, safety PLCs, and interlock switches. Ensuring these safety systems function properly protects workers while maintaining palletizer uptime.
Requirements
- 2+ years of machine safety or robotic safety system experience
- Knowledge of light curtain and safety scanner operation and testing
- Safety PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley GuardLogix, Pilz)
- Understanding of OSHA machine guarding requirements
- Safety system inspection and documentation skills
