Job Description
Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a Palletizer Line Lead at our Tempe production and distribution facility. You will lead a small team maintaining conventional and robotic palletizers, coordinate PM schedules with production planning, manage palletizer spare parts inventory, and drive palletizing efficiency improvements to support growing production volumes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of palletizer maintenance experience
- Team leadership or crew coordination experience
- Knowledge of both conventional and robotic palletizer systems
- Spare parts management and procurement skills
- Efficiency improvement and OEE tracking experience
- Beverage industry maintenance experience preferred
