Job Description
Prologis is seeking a Pallet Racking Design Engineer for warehouse tenant improvement projects across the DFW market. You will design racking layouts using AutoCAD, calculate load capacities, select racking components based on product profiles, coordinate with structural engineers for seismic design, and prepare permit documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of racking layout design or structural engineering experience
- AutoCAD proficiency for racking layout drawings
- Understanding of RMI standards and building code requirements
- Knowledge of selective, drive-in, pushback, and pallet flow systems
- Experience with seismic design calculations for racking
- Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
