Job Description
CBRE is hiring a Dock Equipment Installer for new construction and retrofit projects in the DFW warehouse market. You will install dock levelers, overhead doors, dock seals, and vehicle restraints at new and existing warehouse properties, working with general contractors and building owners to meet project timelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dock equipment or commercial door installation experience
- Hydraulic leveler installation and connection skills
- Overhead door assembly and installation experience
- Concrete anchor installation skills
- Construction site safety awareness and PPE compliance
