Job Description
AutoStore is seeking a Cube Storage Site Lead to manage the on-site maintenance team at a major retail e-commerce customer in the LA area. You will oversee 3-5 technicians, manage the robot spare parts cache, coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance, and report system KPIs to the customer and AutoStore management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of automated systems maintenance experience with 1+ year as a team lead
- AutoStore system experience strongly preferred
- Leadership skills for managing a small technical team
- KPI reporting and data analysis abilities
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system support
