Job Description
Target is hiring a Conveyor Maintenance Tech II for our Savannah-area distribution center. This mid-level position involves troubleshooting belt and roller conveyor systems, performing corrective repairs, conducting root cause analyses on recurring failures, and assisting with PM program development for newly installed conveyor sections.
Requirements
- 3+ years of conveyor system maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues
- Root cause analysis and corrective action documentation skills
- Experience with CMMS work order systems
- Ability to train and support junior maintenance staff
