Job Description
AutoStore is seeking an AS/RS Robot Fleet Lead at a major retail customer site south of Dallas. You will manage daily robot fleet operations, lead a small maintenance team, coordinate robot charging schedules, track fleet KPIs, and serve as the technical escalation point for complex robot issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of automated systems maintenance with 1+ year as a lead
- AutoStore or similar cube storage experience preferred
- Team coordination and scheduling skills
- Data analysis for fleet performance reporting
- Strong customer relationship management
