Job Description
Daifuku is seeking an AS/RS Controls Engineer to develop and maintain control systems for stacker crane and shuttle AS/RS installations. Based near Atlanta, you will program Siemens PLCs for crane motion control, develop HMI operator interfaces, integrate AS/RS controls with WCS platforms, and commission new systems at customer sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of AS/RS controls engineering experience
- Siemens TIA Portal and S7 PLC programming expertise
- Motion control and positioning system development skills
- AS/RS-specific control logic (storage/retrieval sequences, crane scheduling)
- Travel up to 40% for project commissioning
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or controls engineering
