Job Description
Locus Robotics is seeking an AMR Fleet Software Analyst to optimize robot fleet performance at a major 3PL customer site in central New Jersey. You will analyze fleet utilization data, identify bottlenecks, recommend workflow adjustments, configure robot behavior parameters, and generate weekly performance reports for customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of data analysis or operations engineering experience
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Understanding of warehouse picking processes and productivity metrics
- Comfort with fleet management dashboards and cloud-based tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, data science, or related field
